Stephanie and I have been friends since we were babies -- our moms were friends and pregnant at the same time. We are 8 days apart...9 when it's a leap year. We met Kendra in Kindergarten when we were in Daisies together. We all went to school together and stayed close after graduating. We all got together back in March to plan the Baby Shower. I knew that I didn't want pink -- even though we knew it was a girl, pink is pretty but predictable -- I thought purples would be more my style, plus it's one of my favorite colors.
