I had my baby shower today! It was so. much. fun! For real. Stephanie and I have been friends since we were babies -- our moms were friends and pregnant at the same time. We are 8 days apart...9 when it's a leap year. I knew that I didn't want pink -- even though we knew it was a girl, pink is pretty but predictable -- I thought purples would be more my style, plus it's one of my favorite colors. Stephanie had a list of potential themes. I honestly had no idea what themes to even consider. We ended up going with "Tacos and Tutus" -- I mean, this is Texas.
